RETURNING, AMENDING OR CANCELING AN ORDER -
We are able to amend or cancel an order only if it is still in our hands.
To change the details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or to cancel the order completely, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any further changes.
RETURNS -
we will only accept items that brand new and unused. Please contact us first before returning and use recorded delivery. In this case products must be
-Returned up to 28 days from the purchase date
-Be in unused condition and in the original packaging
Your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to the original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving the returned item. If we have trouble with processing your refund we will contact you by phone, email or post.
When preparing your parcel please try to use the original packaging when sending your items back and ensure they are securely packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during posting.
Please hold onto your proof of postage until we've confirmed via email that your refund has been processed.
